How is end of service calculated in Saudi Arabia?

Per Saudi Labor Law (Article 84): half a month for each of the first five years, then a full month for each subsequent year. The award is calculated on the last all-in wage (basic + fixed allowances).

On resignation (Article 85): the worker is entitled to one third if service was 2–5 years, two thirds if 5–10 years, and the full award beyond 10 years. The calculator above applies these rules by default.
